To Khader and his family: though I do not know you personally you are in my thoughts and prayers for Khader's courageous stand against the misuse of "administrative detention" by those in power in Israel and against brutal treatment.
I deeply regret that the policy was used by my country, Britain, in the past. I believe, as I think you do also, that everyone has a right to know with what he is charged and to be given a fair trial, instead of the current secret system. The injustice you are suffering is shared by so many others too and I know your stand is also for them and not only for yourself. I salute your courage and sacrifice and I pray for humanity and justice to prevail and for God's mercy for you all. Alison Phillips
